All orders ship within 1–2 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery times

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Free on all orders. No minimum.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to return

Email info@greyworks.shop with your order number and return reason. We respond within 24 hours with instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order for the correct size.

All sale items are final. No exceptions.
